Sunday, September 10 is God’s Work, Our Hands Sunday!
Our Sunday School will kick-off with the theme “Kids Under Construction,” for grades pre-K through 6th grade at 9:15am. At that same time, our adult Bible study is starting an in-depth study of Luther’s Small Catechism in commemoration of the 500th anniversary of the Reformation.
Choir rehearsal resumes at 9:04am.
After worship, we will have several hands-on community service projects for all ages to participate in doing God’s work with our hands!
Sunday, October 1 we will have an outdoor Blessing of the Animals worship service (weather permitting) at 10:30am. Bring your pets to be blessed that morning!
Bethel is located in the heart of Midtown Omaha in the Morton Meadows Neighborhood, and has been sharing the love of Christ in the Omaha area since 1916. As we near the 100th anniversary of our service to God and the people of Omaha, we hope to continue to grow and share the love of Christ with all!
